Portal Redesign  

Overview:

This was a board goal that involved a non-negotiable timeline, we were moving code from an existing platform to a new web platform. Unable to extend the time on the current platform, we had very little room for error and we had to meet our deployment date or have no web platform to host this portal that is shared by two constituent groups.

Our Users:

Brokers, or people who sell and provide administration on health insurance plans for employer groups and businesses, or employer groups who provide health insurance to their employees and Employers.

The Task:

We were trying to improve what we could without affecting the scope or deployment date. After performing a heuristic analysis I tried to use "least invasive methods" to add value to our users without adding to the original scope and development time.
